Anteo Group ranked #2 on the list of Small Businesses with 10-100 employees.

Anteo Group and other finalists, including RBM of Atlanta Inc., Microsoft Corp. and Solar Velocity, were recognized in a special section of the Atlanta Business Chronicle as well as a breakfast hosted by the Chronicle. The breakfast included a panel of the following, Donna Hyland, Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Dave Fitzgerald, President and CEO of Fitzgerald + Company and Anteo Group’s own, President and Co-Founder, Dion DeLoof. The discussion was moderated by Ed Baker, Publisher of Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The Best Places to Work in Atlanta Award is based on information received by a survey taken of the employees for each company that received a nomination. Along with specific questions employees were also asked to share comments about their company. One Anteo Group employee wrote, “In my professional career, I have never seen a leadership team that creates an environment that so successfully blends the work ethics, drivers and nature of Generation X, Y and baby boomer into such a positive and effective team.”

Co-founder, James Yeagle sums it up with the following, “We have an environment where people sincerely care about each other personally, are pushed to excel professionally and where the company’s business future is bright. We live by ‘Hire thoroughbreds and let them run’ as well as our internal principles of FEEO, which stands for Fun, Evolve, Execute and Opportunity!”
